The year 1969 ushered out the first generation of Pontiac's Firebird, which was restyled in a major way with a new front end and roofline, and modifications to the rear end and interior. The base model came with vinyl bucket seats, grained dashboards, carpeting and outside mirrors, and a standard 250 cid. Six.
